The Greenbriar staff and guest chefs will offer a complete dining and learning experience with their 2008 winter cooking classes. This is a unique opportunity to experience demonstrations with class participation as well as receiving complete recipes and a full dinner. Enjoy wine and beer samplings throughout the class period.
